HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR GALLERY

STEP 1:

About 3 weeks after your session, you will receive an email with a thank you and print release. At the bottom is a dark “ VIEW PHOTOS” button to click to view your gallery. Also, your specific download PIN is in this email! Once in the gallery there’s a pop up window that will cover where to find the download button, pixk your favorites, share, and buy prints- but if you are too excited to see the photos and skip it you can check back here!

STEP 2:

At the top right, above the largest photo on the page, look for the arrow pointing DOWN. That’s the download button!

Don’t forget to download the high resolution files with that little down arrow however! And don’t ever take screen shots because SCREENGRABS WON'T PRINT WELL! Take the time to fully download the high-resolution digital images you purchased with your package.

I am not responsible for images printed from screenshots

(right-clicking on the image is a low quality screen pic vs. a high quality photo).

STEP 3:

You may get the option to download each folder of images, or the whole gallery at once. I like to divide the gallery into folders by each outfit so that its easier for clients to go through and identify. You can also download both ways- save these downloads in multiple places because they say:

“If a digital image is not in at least 3 places, it doesn’t really exist.”

…that’s why prints are important!

STEP 4:

Click the down arrow and follow the prompts to enter your PIN and an email for the download folder to deliver to. A zip file is delivered to your email, which you just double click to open.

You can view your images right on the gallery too,

or hit the play triangle to view them as a slideshow.

STEP 5:

You can PICK your FAVORITES by click the little heart icon on individual photos. If you chose more than 5 Favorites this way I will automatically make and send over an easy to install app to put those faves right on your mobile device. It’s like a folder with just those images in it to keep them quickly accessible on your device! That way you don’t have to search through emails and phone photos to quickly show friends and family.
