Congratulations Shadow Mountain Football! Just a few more games to finish off a ..well just really really weird season right? So thankful these athletes could participate in senior year no matter what it looked like!

Life is TEN percent what happens to you, and NINETY percent how you respond to it.
— Lou Holtz

These Matadors are not stepping down or stepping back. Showing up to practice, putting in the work, keeping a great attitude. Understanding that current events doesn’t define them but prevailing through with integrity and hard work does. Congrats Class of 2021 Matador Football on all of your future success!

In its Global Millennial Survey 2020, Deloitte found that despite the pressure and uncertainty younger workers are feeling, a majority see a silver lining among the dark clouds. For instance, three-quarters of Millennials and Gen Z say the pandemic has helped them to be more empathetic to the needs of others. About the same portion say the circumstances have spurred them to take actions that will have a positive impact on their community.

Agility, resilience and a positive attitude are bedrock traits upon which a person can learn and grow.
