Where can you take senior pictures in the greater Phoenix area and beyond? This post is just lists of ideas for places and props for YOUR senior experience portraits with Anjeanette Photography! The best places are ones close to your heart, or even near your school campus- however, you can use these ideas to start brainstorming the perfect lo-cal.
Many are free or have a small park or org fees, there is a very small travel fee only if I travel over 30 mins, everything under that is included.

Budget so that you do not have to hire one whose photos you do not LOVE. Why? Few couples hang the graduation cake or cap and gown above the mantle, fewer still hand those items down to children and grandchildren.

A little ditty bought Jack & Maddie....I love it when furry sibilings come to sessions! Had the best time with Maddie, her folks, and Jack a few weeks ago for her Thunderbird Mountain + Elevate Coffee senior session! I know Maddie's family from our band family at Sandra Day O'Conner. For every hour Mad's spent drill and practicing her folks spent on the pit crew or water crew getting the students ready or hydrating them through the Arizona summer marching season. I am so thankful for the selfless volunteering they did- and that they chose me to capture Maddie's irresistible smile! This girl is so bubbly and happy- thank you for sharing that energy and joy with me!

Traveled to the White Tank Mountains for Tommy's Arizona senior session. He was so natural and at ease in front of the camera! We had fun exploring on the paved hike- and what a gorgeous afternoon we had for photos. Absolutely stunning with a huge full moon just rising as the session ended. Tommy has bright future ahead, I love hearing kids talk about their passions. And speaking of which- he just rebuilt the transmission on his truck! He has worked on and modified it since he got the truck, and its always ready for a trip to the mountains, desert, or camping with friends.

Is it worth it to get a bargain on photos if one is unhappy with the photos? Does the photographer have real client testimonials on view on their website & trusted sites like Google? How many sessions will that person photograph that day- is my session a priority? Is getting "free" photos worth it if I am unhappy with them or they are poor quality- or worse they are never delivered? Are prints available on my online gallery or do I have to go to a poor quality pharmacy to print them?
I love Instagram- of all the social media platforms its my favorite visually and drama freely :)
My favorite part of IG is my seniors featured on IG magazines and national pages! Great news today- two new features from Teen Style Magazine & The Savvy Senior! You guys are ROCK STARS!!! Congrats everyone who was featured!
Best Nine is back! The IG tool that evaluates and creates a new image from your most liked feed photos of last year. Go to 2017bestnine.com, a website that sets up & collages your most responded to images of last year. If your a crazy IG fan like me with more than 5 feeds you can have mashing them all into one image as I did myself last year (you will have to use Layout IG own collager or your own editing software)

Budget so that you do not have to hire one whose photos you do not LOVE. Why? Few couples hang the graduation cake or cap and gown above the mantle, fewer still hand those items down to children and grandchildren.
Photos memorizing your priceless moments are what you get to share and remember by as the years go by- they are treasures!
Ask yourself: Is it worth it to get a bargain on photos if one is unhappy with the photos? Does the photographer have real client testimonials on view on their website & trusted sites like Google? How many sessions will that person photograph that day- is my session a priority? Is getting "free" photos worth it if I am unhappy with them or they are poor quality- or worse they are never delivered? Are prints available on my online gallery or do I have to go to a poor quality pharmacy to print them?
